KED-Seals on its way to the future - now as a AG (public limited company)

The change in the legal entity of KED-Seals GmbH to an Aktiengesellschaft (public limited company) has been completed and is effective immediately.

All signs of the company's strategy point to growth and expansion - so the decision to convert to a public limited company was only logical.
"The change of the legal entity to an AG was made possible by the great performance and results of our professional and highly knowledgeable teams, which have contributed to the considerable increase of our company value in the past years. The decision was straightforward and based on the implemented strategy towards customer-oriented solutions and the highest quality. A big thank you goes to all our employees" says Horst Dittmann, CEO of KED-Seals AG.

New legal form - more stable KED values

Dittmann guarantees: "For our customers, nothing will change, they can continue to rely on our special expertise for seals and materials technology; we will of course keep our values established over the years."

All existing commitments and contracts will continue unchanged, and all personal contacts can be reached as usual. With the new legal entity, the Company Registration number will change (new: HRB 16402). All other company data, such as address, bank details, e-mail, as well as web addresses and telephone numbers remain unchanged.
